tucker does it constantly and tripp just at night. its sooooooooo annoying i too would like to know how to stop it!

gidday dixie can lick and lick until your skin prunes up just about! I put her down and ignore her if it gets too much. Dougal doesn't lick but he does try to slip you the tongue if you ask for a yorkie kiss. I try to explain that most people don't like to make out when they first meet him.

Bailey's our attack dog - if you're not careful she'll like your face right off! But we've gotten it under control. We taught her "Enough" - which is different from "No." No is for things we don't want her to do at all. Enough is for things that are okay - in small doses. And we've taught her just that way. Tell her Enough! and the very next lick gets her put on the floor and pretty much ignored for 5 or 10 minutes.

Gucci loves to lick my husband and he gets annoyed when it is too much. I tell him that she gives him kisses cause she loves him. I guess I'm weird cause I don't mind when she licks or the way I see it "Kiss me".

Doesn't sound weird - sound typical. Kathie can stand Bailey licking on her for loooooooooooooong stretches. I get tired of it much sooner. Actually, I think Kathie tells her to "give Mommie kisses" every single time she picks her up - and Bailey is more than happy to comply.
