|  Poor baby Fenley... All of Kenzy and Paddy's pups had their second set of shots yesterday afternoon, and little Fenley had a strong reaction. Her face swelled up and her eyes were squinty and watery!  We got her to the after hours clinic quickly where they gave her injections of Benedryl and a low-grade steroid. She seems much better today. Here is a picture of Fen today at 13 weeks...her head is looking normal again. Sweet baby!

| What a little doll she is! With a reaction as bad as she had from that shot, should she ever have another? I'm not sure on this, but the next shot could cause an even worse reaction? I'm so glad she's doing better...poor little sweetie!

| I've always heard the dose of Benadryl before the vaccine works. I wonder why we don't always give a dose just in case? |
