| Question about fur coloring???? Hi Everyone, I was wondering when will Molly's fur change colors???? The fur on her head has changed to a sliver and tan color, but at what age will the fur on the rest of her body change colors? Thanks, Crystal |

In my experience, they mostly changed colors somewhere around 9months~1.5yrs of age. My first yorkie completely changed her color by 9 months. My mothers little guy never did change . He's almost two and still has all of his black hair (except for head and legs). edit: Your pooch is very cute, btw

| My pup was totally changed by the time he was four months old -- to a beautiful silver - golden tan...... He really hasn't changed noticeably since then and is 9 months old now. (Actually, when I got my pup at 8 weeks - the roots of his puppy hair looked almost white - about 1/4 inch of white hair was showing - then as soon as his puppy hair was trimed off - the silver was there..... So - I always suggest checking your puppy's roots. You may see a new color coming in at a very young age. Carol Jean |
