| How Tall How tall is your Yorkie? I have looked at the standard sites, but it does not address the height.

| Pippa is 8.5" to her back. I've also read that 10" or under is within breed standard, would be interesed to see others heights

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | The length question is interesting. I checked out akc and ytca Web sites, and I couldn't find anything that said 9". In fact, I couldn't find anything that said 10" tall. The only number they have is for weight, and that's less than 7 pounds. YTCA does say the back should be relaltively short, but what is short? Does anyone know where the 9" number comes from?
