| Hair starting to curl?? My yorkie is 2-1/2 years old and in the past year I have noticed her hair on her behind and lower back getting curly?! It's only there - so after I bath her i always use the blow dryer and make it straight/wavy. What is this all about ?! |

| One of my girls has done the same thing. Of course, she is not a show dog or she would be crackered all the time. I use conditioner and brush her coat flat as it dries. But, still will have some wave. How long is the coat on your kid? |

| One of mine has a curly butt too. For the most part no one else sees him, except close friend and family. So it's no big deal. However, I do think that the longer the hair gets the straighter it will hang, because the weight will pull it down. The funny thing is that every one always tells me they like his coat the best.

| Most likely somewhere in the pedigree one or more of the dogs had curly hair.
