Here's a random question about registration. If your dog is registered UKC, can you get AKC registration somehow? Or is it only possible if they are AKC to get them registered with other registries? Just curious

AKC papers have to come from your Breeder.
There are different culbs, but to be registered by
AKC, the parents have to be registered, and the Breeders
give the new parents the papers that need to be filled out

My Zoe is UKC registered, but the only dog club around our area is an AKC club, so I was just wondering if we could get registered with AKC too! Silly clubs anyways

I do not think you have to even own a dog to join a club...I know you do not have to have a Yorkie to join the Yorkies clubs..I have meet a few members without a Yorkie for various reasons.
Of course, you cold not participate in showing events..but why not other events?
