Daisy went to heaven and I am so sad :(

Friends, 9;00am I noticed Daisy breathing rapidly...tried different ways to see if she was feeling better...but I decided to make an appt with Vet...3 pm.I took her to the Vet...they told me that she needed to go to a Hospital....there they told me she was very weak...they put her on oxygen chamber.....she coded.....then after her breathing got a little better they took X rays. ..Heart enlarger ...collapsing traquea and fluid around her lungs...She was around 12 yrs.old.....I dont understand why she got so sick suddenly.....Now I feel guilty bc maybe I should have take her to Hospital that morning..????

So very sorry for your loss.
My last girl also went suddenly. One day she was fine, the next day off to emergency visit.



You can't beat yourself with the "what if" guilt. You did what you thought was the right thing.

I am so sorry for your loss of your precious Daisy.

Sometimes they do go bad quickly. I had one do that one time. Please don't torture yourself. She lived for 12 years, so clearly she was cared for!

I hope that soon your good memories with Daisy will help to soothe the pain.

Thank you friends for your nice words. I do feel better knowing that I did the right thing by taking her to the Hospital.... I think that if I was not taking her to the hospital and passed at home, I ll be feeling worst bc I did not take her to the emergency hospital....

I got her ashes in a tiny wooden box and paw print in clay yesterday.

Hello, I hope time is healing your heart day by day…. I just lost my 12 years old girl Truffles a month ago… same situation as Daisy… and plus kidney problems….. so painful and sadness comes to me suddenly… I still have other yorkie girl who is going to be 11 years old soon… now I am having trouble leaving her from my side….
