| Three's Company ???? A friend of ours bought a beautiful little Yorkie and she is turning out to be more work than they bargained for. Well they offered to let me adopt her if they could visit. Now my job is to convince my husband that we need a third Yorkie. Anyone have any advice on how to convince him????

| Tell him that she might end up in a rescue organiztion where you'll never know who gets her and if she has a good life. lol I think so long as you promise to assume responsibility he should be OK.

| Tell him that your friends have to give their Yorkie up and that you told them you would help find it a good home. Then tell your husband everynight, horror stories of people that wanted the dog...in a couple of weeks then you can tell him you found the perfect home...YOURS

| Well, begging always works well! I guess I was lucky, my husband hated little dogs but knew I wanted a Yorkie. He made the mistake of mentioning it to his friends at work (girls) who all thought I should have one. We went to look at a couple (to choose) and chose them both. When we had puppies earlier this year, I just hoped he would love them as much as I did. When he began to learn their names, I knew he was hooked. He was embarrassed to say we had 6 yorkies, but now he is PROUD of his little crew. Now he embarrasses me when I have a friend over and he comes in jumping to the floor for all the little kisses. I guess for me, they sell themselves. Just give him a chance to fall in love! If it's not right, it is for the best, but if your guy is a softee like mine, he just can't resist those precious little angels!

I am eventually going to get another one so that will be three for us too. I think that is a good number. I think I am going to get a small one for my third one.
