Only to have the site go crazy and I can't buy anything. Amazon crashed as soon as it opened. I put something in my cart and it shows 2 items in my cart but when I push checkout it says my cart is empty. The Instant Pot is on sale for $58. Grrrr.

Wow, that's a good deal, last year I bought the 6 qt one for $130. it's still in the box, never used it, that thing scares the hell outta me lol.

1:04 AM this morning, I received the amazon prime offer. Don't know if the site is working, I don't need to buy anything.

It took a while but the site seems to be running fine now. I called and complained that I could not buy the 6 quart Instant Pot because their site was screwing up. At first I got the usual "we are having problems with our site so maybe if you try later" spiel so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He ended up letting me buy the 8 quart Instant Pot (bigger is better) and giving me a $60 discount on it. It was listed for $139 (it was not part of the prime day deals) and he gave it to me for $79. The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

I have heard that complaining actually works. I was upset that Petco lied to me about what time they opened on black Friday because I ended up being late and they gave me a $5 gift card.
