|  Life jacket Can anyone recommend a good life jacket that has a float under the head? Penny has issues keeping her face out of the water and I worry about her taking on to much water.

| Ruffwear is my favorite. Lola always gets her head under water when she jumps in and the Ruffwear seems to help her from doing this. 90% of the time she doesn't go all the way under anymore when jumping all the way in with the Ruffwear float coat on.
