Senior Yorkie Talker | New Puppy We just picked up our 12 week old male yorkie, Bones.... We are currently 6 hours in and he as peed on his pad, ate his food, and playyyyyyed. He is a tiny pup weighing around 1.5 pounds. I’ll be taking him to the vet in the mornnng for a once over. We currently have a 7 year old yorkie, and a 13 year old pom. So it’s been a while since we’ve been through “the puppy phase.” Any tips on potty training, feeding, etc would be an awesome little refresher course for us. I’ve attched photos, hopefully it worked. lol Last edited by NickRodriguez; 01-14-2018 at 03:11 PM. |

| Waiting for the pictures. He sounds adorable Something I just learned from my neighbor. Put Vicks vapor rub on things he starts chewing on that You don't want him to chew on. They don't like the smell and will leave it alone. (Toys, shoes, etc.)

| Congrats! I would just stay constant on the potty training and not let him be alone with out being in a crate or play pen. I also would try to give him access to food all the time.

| Congrats! Are you older pups around other dogs often? Is so you may need to let your vet know until your little pup is fully immunized.
