| Scare this morning So we had a huge scare this morning! My mom went to pick Penny up and Penny really freaked out screamed and tried to jump from my moms arms. My mom went to hand her to me and she did it again. So I went to check her out and she did it again and went and hid. We called the vet and rushed her there thinking it was her ribs or her front leg. We got her there and they did range of motion on her leg, her neck and then checked her spine and discs and then her ribs. They also watched her walk and nothing. We picked her up a million times to see if it would happen again and nothing. She started acting like herself. Vet just to be cautious prescribed and anti inflammatory for 3 days. Everyone in my house was very upset even Callie and Joey were worried. Hopefully it was a fluke and everything is ok now.

| Max will do that every once in a great while. We pick him up and he yelps. We put him down and he walks around normally. We pick him up again and he is OK. Strange and scary.

| I have done that with all of them a few times I guess it just freaked me out because it kept hurting instead of just that one time. It makes me want to throw up when they scream out in pain

| I know exactly what you mean. Whenever they are in pain my stomach turns upside down.

Hopefully this little one is okay and it's just the start of a quirky habit. | |

| Thanks! She seems to be doing very well except the metcam seems to be causing a little gas.

| Jackson has always had a 'spot' where he's sensitive and will yelp if you grab him there the wrong way. And every time we go to the vet and I mention it - he NEVER does it! But it's never been continuous like you said Penny's was. Hopefully it just worked itself out and doesn't happen again!
