| Man beats Yorkie to death :( He Beat a Yorkshire Terrier to Death: Now He'll Do Prison Time - Cranston, RI Patch "Patalano received a sentence of two years – the maximum allowed by law at the time of the killing – of which he was ordered to serve four months at the Adult Correctional Institution, eight months on home confinement, and the remainder suspended with probation. In addition, Patalano was ordered to have no contact with the owner of the deceased dog, make a $500 donation to the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, take anger management classes, and perform 100 hours of community service," the AG said. Should have been longer

| So this sick P.O.S. actually went out of his way for absolutely no reason to kill this poor little pup and that's all he got What's to stop him from doing this again ? nothing as he is obviously missing a few brain cells & needs to be committed before he kills a human being just because he felt like it. What the He!! is wrong in this world. |

| This is so sad! That little Yorkie was half the size of his dog, so obviously not likely to hurt it. What a horrible thing for the owner.

| They should hang him up by his feet and beat him to and inch of his life just like what he did to the sweet undeserving little dog that he killed. And then lock him away forever where the sun doesn't shine and there is no hope of ever getting out. But he will do his time while taxpayers foot the bill and he will get out a do it again. Makes me sick😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 |
