| New groomer trip today I took my girls to a new groomer today. I asked for a sanitary clip, feet and ears. We discussed no face trim or body trim. They shave the nose i have one I keep long the other shorter and never had the face on Kimber done. A little trim before on Roxy only because she is a roll around in the grass kinda girl. Anyways today the new groomer told me my girls are not sister and cannot be form the same litter. She also said Kimber was a silky. She acted like i did not know anything about grooming and that she new more about my girls then I did. I am walking away hurt and angry about todays visit. |

| Not nice to feel like that after being with the groomers. Don't go back, it should be a treat/pamper not a headache

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Sorry it didn't go well, that stinks. I don't go to a groomers for some of the reasons you mention above, but mostly bc I don't feel it's really safe to leave them at a groomers. What about just doing it yourself...?

| I wouldn't go back and have in fact never went back to several groomers for various reasons. There are too many groomers around, you do not have to use one that makes you feel bad.

| I'm sorry. I use a mobile groomer who I love. I can talk if she does something I am not happy with, she will work with me to do better next time. She's become a great friend as well. Look for a mobile groomer. I love that he's done within 1 hour or so in my own driveway.
