| New Addition Teddy (my 20 pounder) is getting a playmate! My dad is getting a bulldog from his cousin who breeds purebreds...I'm both nervous and excited. Does anybody have size difference like this?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I don't, but there are many owners out there who have big and smalls together without an issue. Hope it all works out wonderfully!

| We have a golden retriever who is 8 and 90+ pounds, and our Yorkie is 6 months old now and 4.3 pounds. We've not had any problems. We were very careful introducing the puppy, but they have quickly become best buddies. |

| Aw cute! I hope it works out with teddy being a bigger guy even though this dogs 9 month old relative (same breeder) is already 80 lbs!

| I have my Bentley and his Boxer brother, Baxter. I kept Bentley alpha by petting, feeding, going outside to potty before Baxter. Bulldogs are wonderful dogs and it's great that you all know the breeder! Can't wait to see photos of them together when you get the chance.

| Thanks everyone! I think we should be getting him next weekend but it's a long drive from Ohio to South Carolina! At the latest she's coming up in August and she said if we don't make it before then she'll bring him to us! His story is really sad he was sold to a military family but then they gave him back when they had to move because no bulls of any sort on base she told us he misses them and all 4 of his kids so I think it'll be great he'll have my nieces and nephews occasionally! And Ted will finally have a play mate!
