| What was in your Puppy Pack when you first got your dog? Hello Yorkie Nation! A new dog is coming home in a month and I was just wondering what was in your puppy pack[/URL] when you went to pick up your pup or dog from the breeder. I've an article and it seems like it varies a lot, though there are some must-have, at least from responsible breeders. - Contract of Sale for the Puppy - Pedigree Certificate & registration papers - Copy of the Health Screenings & DNA tests - Something with the mom's scent - Goodies (samples, bag of treats, toys...) What else would you love to find in the puppy pack when you go get your new pooch? Last edited by admin; 07-05-2016 at 10:15 AM. |

| I took some Nutri Cal with me because I was so scared of hypoglycemia, a portable water bowl, some paper towels (Cooper got car sick), I took a blanket and a bed! He just slept most of the way home!! Good luck!!

| Even though I brought a crate, she actually wound up sleeping in my lap the whole way through (my brother drove us back so I could have that first crucial bonding time with her), with an occasional look around and at me (she had gorgeous long lashes ) I brought: Nutrical, crate, bunny hoodie, matching bunnie-blanket toy (to rub on the momma), potty pads, water bottle, a little puppy snack I was given: An old sock toy with litter-mate & momma's scent, contract, an AKC puppy informational kit, a little bit of puppy chow, deworming/vet records, AKC registration papers (came a little later), litter geneology (3 generations)
