| When Bella was a baby I started to do her grooming and top knot every day I would put it in and she would rub it out on the living room chair, I would pick her up and take her back to our grooming room and put it back in, It wasnt always in perfect but I wanted it to be quick. So each time she took it out I would put it back in. She soon found out that she would live with a topknot . Now I did try different types of things I found that anything with a barrette was to heavy so we ended up using scrunches the little ones that fit around your thumb ( dollar store ) . Also make sure it isnt pulling dont worry at first if it looks tidy . Two years later Bella wares a topknot every day and sometimes piggys On special days I put a barrette as well to match her dress the barrette works now because she is bigger (7lb) and she is used to the topknot Hope that helps |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It can be frustrating bc some of them just seem to hate topknots. But hang in there and just keep trying, they usually will get used to it.
