| How does one determine "the best" out of all these little works of art?! I've heard judges (on tv) say they chose this one or that one because that particular dog wanted it so much...Does it come down to minute perfections or imperfections? Or is it, in fact, an intangible quality that simply shines through at the right time? Watching this all-Yorkie ring was a first for me; thank you for sharing--fascinating and fun! |

| YT 2000 Club Donating Member  | Yes in the very very final analysis, those dogs that are just *on* that day get chosen - but not without a whole lot else being present. And that is different as each breed standard is different. Structure, temperament, coat, color - bite - etc etc
