| Going to a new groomer Going to a new groomer on Friday and I'm a little nervous. Peawee has had alot of haircuts and we still haven't got a good one. I thought I could take a picture in and maybe they will do a better job. Does anyone have any good puppy cut pics. I want his body trimmed w/his face rounded and of course the hair between his eyes cut. He can't see. If anyone could help I would be ever so grateful.

| I never got a good cut from a groomer, so I spent my groomer money on a good clipper, there are several threads on here telling how to groom and what to use. Villette is quite an expert. I figure I can do a cruddy job as well as they can, and I know the torture is less for my babies. I just hated leaving them for 4 hours.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Thanks Laura ! You're so sweet ....How funny - What you said is exactly why I stopped taking my girls in .....After being to FIVE groomers I do my own now lol - it was a matter of WHY pay them for something I could do just as bad lol !! christelnpeawee...What I would do is go to the photo gallery - or look at peoples avatars and see if you can take some pictures in with you ....also - TYPE YOUR DIRECTIONS & Take them with you ..if you want certain things done - put it in writing.... Alaskadad's Eddie has a very cute puppy Cut..... |

| OMG - Villette - is that Chanel's hair in a braid in your avatar? It looks like a hair -piece! Look at Villette's puppies and you will see that with a little practice, you-too can be a groomer. Also, be sure to bathe and brush the puppy before you take her in. They will cut out matts that should brush out easily. I have never cut out a matt in the year I have been grooming my pups, yet they shaved my Bronxy the last time he was groomed. Of course, I have shaved him since, but not because of matting.
