| Roxie is limping Roxie had a couple hours of intense barking and running around when my new ramp was install Monday morning. When we got up later on she was limping. I gently felt legs feet and hips and I didn't detect any thing broken. She has been walking around but limps. Could this just be too much exercise all at once, or maybe just a spill off the couch from losing her balance. She is a ferocious protector. I have once seen her run since the limping started, but when she turned to walk away the limp was very prominent. Any suggestions as to it being more than just being really sore after hard exercise? I worry about hip dysplasia due to her age. She will be 5 in July. I need your wisdom. Thanks ... alot! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | To me, it sounds like she pulled something / strained something. Usually if it's nothing, a limp will go away quickly - like w/in the day. If not, I'd head to the vet...
