YorkieTalk Newbie! | Hello! Hello Guys! My name is Mandie and Bentlee is his name-o! Oh- my- goodness how excited I am to have him in my life! He is the sweetest thing in the world and I love him as if he was my child. Anyway, Bentlee is now 4mths old and he is very small (2.6lbs). He is really my daughter's baby, but when he's with me, he's ALL MINE! and I treat him as so. I have posted this question on one of the other forums specifically designated for male yorkies, but I will post it here as well... Where can I purchase pee pads in bulk? Bentlee is so finicky when it comes to going where he has previously gone. He will not use the same pad as many times as I would like. Of course, if poops, I either pick it up or replace the pad, but if he pees I'm expecting him to pee on the pad at least 3 or 4 times before actually removing it. Please, if anyone knows where I can purchase pee pads or incontinence pads in bulk and at a really good price, please let me know. Thank you and I'm so happy to be here with you guys! |

| Hi and welcome to YT. Buster is like that as well and will only use one once. I like the gogo pads that come in a box of 100 and you might consider the idea of washable pee pads. I live in a apartment building so I didn't want to use the communal washing machine out of consideration for the other tenants but I do have some for his carriers.

| I purchase the bulk pee pads at Sam's Club -- they are really for humans but the size is good and pretty reasonable. I don't use the washable ones, but many people really like those.

| PS they are in the human pharmacy area not the pet area.

| You can also get them at Chewy.com. That is where I order mine from and I believe there is 150 of them in a box. They are called Wee Wee pads by four paws and the size I get is 22 x 23. i think they around $36 a box. FYI...Walmart has some too.

YorkieTalk Newbie! | I came up with an idea Hello Guys! Thank you so much for the responses. I came up with the idea to line a flat tray with maxie pads (the small light days) I purchased them from Sams Club on yesterday. I lined the tray with them and when Bentlee went to pee, he used two of them and I just pulled the two wet pads up and replaced them with two fresh pads. I wish I could show you the pictures but I am still not familiar with this site and I just don't have the patience to read and figure it out right now. Anyway, he used them all day yesterday and it seems to be working like a charm. The pads are so much better for me because they actually stop the pee from spreading under his feet. I purchased 240ct pads for $6 at Sams Club. This is just something that I am trying... I'll see how it works long term. I also purchased pee pads from Sams Club they were a pack of 120 pads for $12 or $13. I will keep you guys posted. I wish I could post pictures... Anyway, I'll try to figure it out over the holiday. I want to show you guys Bentlee's leather coat and bow-tie I made and his Mohawk cut he got yesterday from Pet-smart groomers. Thanks again guys! |
