Well this puppy hair is starting to look pretty shaggy, so I decided that a trip to the groomer's for a "big boy" haircut was in order. Also, we're going to the Houston Yorkie Meet-up this weekend. Didn't want to look like a loser!

I can't believe the difference

The groomer is so wonderful, and she did everything for $24.95.

Wow what a nice coat...how old is Trevor? Our groomer wont cut Max she says he is too young and still got his puppy fur....this is all new too me, we have taken him in 2 times just to bath and nails and little trim on face and backside mainly to get used to it. He has done great, and the groomer just loves him.

Thanks for the wonderful compliments. I'm pretty prejudice, so I think he's pretty cute myself!!!

Trevor will be 5 months on the 22nd. She just mainly cut off the puppy coat. It was probably about 3-4 inches long before she cut it and it's not about 1-1/2 -2 inches.

My husband just came home and saw it...

Not realy thrilled that I got it cut, but he'll get used to it. I think he wants it long, but he's not the one that has to take care of it. Maybe not long like a show dogs, but he sure wasn't expecting this LOL.

lol.......thats funny, my fiance keeps asking me when toby will stop looking like a puppy (basically: when is he going to be a big boy????).... hehe, HE IS 6 MONTHS, HE IS ALREADY A BIG BOY, and if i had my way i would want him to look like a puppy forever.... i would never grow his coat out long though, too much hassel, the puppy cut is awsome, he looks great

Trevor looks to cute. Have you been to the Houston Meet-up before. I was thinking about going, I am in Beaumont about and hour and a half away. Did you get Trevor from a breeder in Houston, a freind is looking for one and there is alway about 20 people selling them in the Houston paper. Isn't the meet up on Sat at 3pm at Millie's dog part on Westeimer. I saw it posted on another site..................Cindy

OH MY what a beautiful silky boy. If that is how the Vellus works I know Gizmo MUST have some. My boy is 4 mos. and his hair is so dull.
