|  Yorkie with brown nose and green eyes?! Hello all! So what I originally thought were cute characteristics, I am now wondering if it's normal or not. My nearly 8 wk old "yorkie" has a brown nose and eyes that appear to be a light green color. I am wondering if this is a sign of anything I should be worried about. Also my research of these so called breeder after I bought my Yorky was alarming. In one instance I saw that somebody actually had their Yorky pup DNA checked and it turned out to be a cross between a s**tzu and a silky terrier. I am concerned that perhaps my little one is not a Yorkie at all. Her fur coloring and appearance seem to be "normal". She is CKC(I know not as reputable as AKC) and on the certificate it says her mom and dad are "parti" Yorkies. I saw the mom, which was "parti" and the woman just showed me a picture of dad who looked like a standard yorkie of 5lbs(so she said). Please look at the pictures and chime in on your opinions please. |

| Sense the breeder doesn't sound like a reputable breeder like letting the pup go before 12 weeks and using a registry you could even registery a table as a dog with then it is possible that she's a mix but it's hard to tell from just looking.

| She looks like what I've seen called a "chocolate" which from what I understand is not a good trait to be breeding. Although she is extremely cute! And u have her now...so the best thing you can do is assure that she is healthy. Has she been seen by your vet? |

| Looks like a chocolate yorkie. Not the standard yorkie. Very cute! Who was the breeder?

| Cute baby She looks just like a normal Yorkie except for the brown nose...very cute! Sorry that the breeder was not the best and that she/ he may not have been too honest about your pup's heritage. But hope and pray she is healthy and that she gives you lots of joy. :-) |

| your baby is absolutely presious, I love his lil chocolate nose, he's a lil beauty. Looks all yorkie to me.
