Hello folks - I`ve just joined your club and am hoping to find some yorkie mad mates to chat to from time to time. I have been working as a foster carer for yorkies (mostly) here in the uk for a few years. I have three rescue dogs of my own - two biggies called Lucky and Tinker, and a little guy called Henry who was once used as a football - and has an enlarged liver because of it. He was saved from a pound hours before he was due to be sent over rainbow bridge

...he is fine now - in charge actually. I daresay it will take me a while to get used to your forum and am hoping to get some feedback and advice from well worn members. I have a few stories to tell, and a few pics to share.

Thank you all for your welcome. I`m doing my best to add some pics to your photo gallery, but am a slow learner. I think I actually have more photos of my many rescue yorkies than ever I had of my kids - mind you, back then there was no "digital"

I could write a book full of stories about my rescues, and still get news and pics from the new "forever" owners.

The pics I think I managed to upload are of Henry, my biggie Lucky with Gypsy & Molly the honorary meerkats.
