what color will jewel be she is 22 weeks old she has silver on her head and looks like lite color coming in on her belly but her back is still black. will she keep her black back or will it eventually change? the reason i ask is i was talking to someone and they said their yorkie had a silver back by 5 mths old.

Bentley is three and he still has his black. However he does have the salt and pepper look in the back by his thighs. Wish i could upload pics from my phone to show you 😊

My puppy is almost seven months and is the same color as yours. A lady ask me today why she was so dark...

Prada at six months. Still black on top although she has a lot of silver growing in

Bella is 18 months and is the same color as Jewel.

They can change colors sometimes up to 2 years old

Lola was very dark at 8 months, now at a year and a half she's more of the steel blue and is still getting lighter. Her hair's long so she has ombre hair right now lol. I'm not sure when the change really happened.

I just know the 8 month bit because of a picture I took before her first haircut.
