I have been hearing barking from my neighbors yard ALL DAY.. and all my neighbor does is tell the dog to shut up because he's pissing him off! Omg. Maybe take your dog inside instead of keeping him tied in the yard!!!!!!

I forgot to mention that this guy has a gigantic black pitbull that looks like if he is let out from the gate he WILL EAT AND KILL YOU. If I pass the house when the pitbull is outside the pitbull pounces on the gate, it's very scary I can't imagine a small maltese in the same household with this dog! They seem to have trained the pit to be a killer.

According to AC, they aren't doing anything wrong because the pup has shelter. Such a sad way to live...
