| Dogington post I just signed up for this newsletter. It has some interesting info. Looks like some of the treats that I have given my guys were loaded with sugar. Good thing they love carrots! The Dirty Dozen: 12 Pet Treats to Avoid | The Dogington Post

| Good info. We gave up store bought treats because we have no self-control , and it is such a task figuring out which ones are safe. I stick to using steamed chicken breast mostly, although not convenient for people who need something they can carry with them on outings. Haven't tried dehydrating yet.

| When I want something like a candy bar I would hope it has sugar in it so I don't mind giving Callie a small treat every once and awhile with sugar in it just not every day. I don't give her any of those treats though.

I think what the article is saying is that the treats listed have an overabundance of sugar.
