| Has anyone used wellness puppy food? Hey!! Good News!! I found a place near my house called A&S puppies supplies that sell all the good quality dog food that you guys told me about except Ivono dry food which I was thinking of switching to. I was in the process of buying nutro when I was given a sample of wellness. Its all natural and do not contain corn of any sort. I also got a sample of Merrick food. I want to see if Zoe likes them before I purchase a whole bag because my eukaneba is going in the dumpster after I get Zoe used to whichever new food I choose. What do you guys suggest? I'm also feeding him Chicken soup wet food once a week which he does not touch. Should I use the dry as well? I'M SO CONFUSED!! Any advice would be aprreciated...I can't stop asking this question becuase I'm still torn. SORRY!

| I feed Lucky Wellness Puppy. He's a very picky eater & seems to like it. He does very well on it. His coat is also very soft & shiny!

| I never used the Wellness puppy food, but I did use Wellness Fish and Sweetpotato. They all liked the taste, and I felt like it was a high quality food, but I was using it because this particular food was supposed to be good for the coat. My Chattie tends to have dry hair, and after 8 months, I didn't notice any changes in her coat so I changed over to Innova EVO. Now her coat looks GREAT. Don't get me wrong, I did a lot of research and everything I was able to learn about Wellness indicated that it was a superior type food, it just didn't work for me. |

| If he doesn't want the wet, stick with the dry, it's better for them anyways. I've read about Wellness and to me it looks like a good food. In my opinion, the Merrick and Chicken Soup (dry) also look like good choices. |

| I've had my Maltese, Biscuit, on Wellness since he was a puppy and he's almost 3. I have my 6 1/2 month old Yorkie, Muffin, on a Wellness/Chicken Soup mix. The Wellness nuggets are a bit too big for her mouth so I kind of crush them up and add to the Chicken Soup. The Wellness is what my vet has always recommended. He believes it's one of the finest dog foods around. But it's also expensive. I think the Chicken Soup is almost as good but a bit cheaper. I had Muffin on Royal Canin because it's what the breeder had her on but it made her really itchy. She does have dry skin but it has gotten better now that I've switched her food. It may take trying a few different foods until you know what's best for your baby. There are so many of us on this forum that use different foods and swear by our choices but each dog is different and what's good for one isn't neccesarily good for another. Good Luck! |
