| Hello-1st night home! Hi everyone! I am here introducing Gaël. We are hoping to get to know other Yorkies and their owners on here. Today I finally brought my little guy home. I was lucky enough to find an AKC registered breeder in fair driving distance to me who had an available litter right when I contacted her. More than 2 months later, today I brought home my 16 week old fur-baby. He's approximately 2.5 pounds and 9 inches long as well as 9 inches tall. He's too wiggly when i try to measure him so I can be very wrong here. He has not progressed as I had hoped with potty training and I am being lenient today since he is being happy and playful with no loss of appetite. I want him to be comfortable and know he is loved. Thank you for letting us share! The picture was safely taken when we parked in front of PetCo to get him a different crate since he was too tall (bumping his head) on xxs one that had top and front opening. |

| Thank you so much everyone! He is officially my first pet. I hope to get him well trained and keep him lovable so he can do therapy dog training. We are learning a lot from each other and both fighting for the alpha role. I imagined myself remaining strong and strict but he makes me melt. I think we will both need outside help. |

| He's so cute! The dark on his eyes make it look like he is wearing a mask!

| Welcome! He has such a unique face. How beautiful. Looks like a little Batman! I think you have yourself a superhero dog.

| Thank you everyone! I just saw all the other responses. IRL everyone keeps telling me he looks like he had a mask. I was not understanding until you said it here and I see it now! Haha. Yes, he's my little superhero. He has adjusted amazingly to his new home except that he does not like me on my laptop. As I type he's attacking me. I think he has claimed role of alpha even over me. |
