I am trying to add pictures to a new album and its telling me that the pictures are exceeding the limit and cannot load! help.... how do i make them smaller?

I have the same problem. Someone suggested downloading them to FB first, but that didn't work for me, they are still too large. They also suggested I download a program to shrink the files, my IPad won't download it, and sorry, I forgot the name of the program.

I can edit my photos in the site where my photos are installed. You have to edit the photo and it comes up resize the photo. Some cameras have a way to resize. It took me awhile to learn how to do this. If you look on the internet you might find a site that will resize your photos also.

You can use picmonkey.com to resize!
