I just tried to edit my avatar and lost it. I wanted to add Leiloni to it and ended up losing it the whole thing. I am so heart broken. I don't know how to get it back and feeling like I have betrayed the memory of my GusGus.

Oh no! My heart dropped when I read this. I would be heartbroken, too. Did you make your own avatar or did Nancy make it for you? If someone else made it, maybe they have it saved somewhere? Can you recreate it with photos you have of Gus?

No I think I made it like 6 or 7 years ago. Villette had showed me how when I first became a member. I feel sick to my stomach!

I do have lots of pictures of him but his avatar was something I knew would always be there even though he no longer is. I feel so horrible.

Was the avatar saved in your computer?
If so, check the recycle bin
A computer never deletes everything, it's always somewhere.
If the avatar was saved in your computer, you can check with an IT company in your neighborhood that know how to analyse the harddrive

Do you still have the photo you used for the avitar in your computer? You could do it over again if it is in your photo folder.

The avatar was made on a different computer 6 or 7 years ago. I do have all the pictures but when make it, copy and add the link it only shows the first picture. I was up late trying to pull up and load Gus's pictures from photobucket and trying different sites to create it but it just doesn't work.
