| Cotton or Silky? Im still lost on which Joey has. Hes kind of got a wave to it, but when it gets longer, it straightens out. Its soft, and easy to comb...I almost feel like its still his puppy hair but hes over a year.

| I've heard some don't get their adult hair until 2. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Senior Yorkie Talker | Merlin had cotton hair as a pup, now in the winter I leave a little length to it and as it get close to getting to his summer cut its all curly he looks so cute shoes never lost the cotton look. My mams baby Poppy was cotton as a pup but now at 2 year old its changed from little fluff ball completely to polka straight (show style yorkie) so don't know how it works. Merlins son Mickey has the same cotton fluff ball style so time will tell if it changes as his mammy Molly has really fine straight hair.
