| where in MI, and what do you mean by potential, to me the dog looks cute but very shaggy, I am not an expert but could be poor quality hair. it also depends on what size dog you would hope to have when full grown and what the health of the dog is and how much they are asking versus what type of health checks have been done and what type of health guarantee they give you. Feel free to PM me with any questions you don't feel comfortable posting. I have been around the yorkie community in MI for over 20 years and I know good and bad breeders and some in between, if I can help you I will try.

| She looks adorable! I wouldn't make too much of her shaggy appearance. She might just need brushed.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | She's cute but does look a but shaggy. If it was me before I made the trip I would ask for a few more pictures. It could be she just bathed her and she isn't completely dry. Mine will look like that until dry. I don't know anything about Biewers but their are some really knowledgable people on here that can help and also breed them. Since this is your first one I am glad you are not rushing into anything.

| as an update, the OP and I spoke on the phone, she really wants a dog around the normal 6 lb range I explained to her if a dog is that weight now it could very easily double in size, so she has decided to pass. The person selling the dog gave her some mixed information as well. She is from Brazil and has a trip planned back there in the summer so it now sounds like she will wait until she returns and have a chance to investigate other breeders in the area. There is a wonderful breeder not far from her that Teri (Verbena) almost bought from but her pups cost allot more than the OP would like to spend, she would also consider a parti or maybe even a morkie type mix. But at least she is going to take more time in looking.
