| Spilt coke! Gosh I spilt some coke (the drink not the drugs!) on the floor when making a coke cake for my friend's birthday and J got to it straight away. No more tha 3-4 licks by the time I bent down and picked him up but gosh if he isn't quick and an opportunist at that! I've made sure to sit with him and give him some extra water but please reassure me he'll be OK? Or should I do something else? |

| more than likely hes ok... just a couple licks of regular coke is fine. You can always just call the vets office and ask them real quick, no need to rush him in.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about anything, it's mainly sugar. I really think it's great to have a good phone relationship with your vet and his staff, they really don't mind answering these types of questions, and they can tell you if you should bring him in or if you should induce vomiting at home. As you can tell I speak from experience, and if you don't have hydrogen peroxide at home, you should and learn the amount needed to induce vomiting and tape that to the bottle!
