This weekeday labor day sales, starting Friday, all Halloween items are 40% off . There is some really cute stuff. * hangs head *. . . bought a few things. I still do not have a puppy yet . . . . Lmao

I was in there yesterday and they had the cutest stuff but i didn't want to pay so much for a Halloween costume but at 40% off I am going to go pick up the pink witch one tomorrow.

Oh yea.... Its always a great felling when you go out and buy that first little puppy collar even before you bring them home.

OP Just wait for the right breeder, you'll know when its feels right. You'll find your baby soon.

I am waiting as hard as it is. I just want to get him from a fair and honest person. The only problem I have is trying to figure if getting him from someone that lives to far to go and see him. only seeing pictures. I know a number of you have done it. But how do you know he is the right one not seeing him in person?

Sad to say but fair and honest is hard to come by these days! With there being so many puppy mills, byb's and breeder who just want the money and dont care about the welfare of the pups or their parents.

If you can find people in your area who have Yorkies and who have had a good experience with the breeder, you may be able to find a good responsible breeder closer to your home. Do a web search and Google them. See what you can find out about the breeder before you make a decision. And dont feel pressured to put down a deposit. If you change your mind your out that money.

I have never traveled more than 2 1/2 hrs away to get a pup. Picked her out in person from the litter. I got to see both parents and was aware of their living situation and was pleased. I went back one other time to see her before I brought her home. I kept in touch with the breeder through e-mails and pics. So, I had a simular to your situation but not totally.

This is one of the reasons why I decided to make my web site. I wanted those families to see their pups and be able to see them and feel like they are a part of the progress while they wait. They have somewhere to go where they can get updates, progress reports and see photos of them as they grow and change. This is also the main reason why I have an open door policy with my families who come to me for pups. As long as they call or make arraignments pryer to arriving they are welcome to come at any time to visit with their pups. I insist on it, so that they can create a bond with them before they leave my home. There have been times wehn I have had the entire family sitting in my living room bonding with thier newest addition to the family or trying to choose the right one.

I found reputable breeders but most of them are just to far away for me to go. I am not so worried about the courier. But actually getting a good puppy. He is going to be a pet. I was wondering if anyone that have received a puppy from far away was happy or not happy with their puppy?

I got my puppy from Michigan and we are very very pleased!! He traveled here via courier and he is just PERFECT!!!
