I haven't been around much because my Step dad has been in the hospital. While we were there, the cutest Yorkie therapy dog came to visit. My step dad was so excited, his face just lit up and he said "it's a dog just like Paris!"
Bless those who let their dogs help people like this. It surely made the day more bearable for him.

Thanks he is 87 and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, so not too good. BUt he is still talking about that Yorkie visit!

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I hope he gets to see the little dog again. Have you gotten any leads on a dog yet?

He is home from the hospital now.
I haven't gotten a dog yet and that is good because of all this happening. NOw I am getting ready to start back to work so a puppy would be out of the question because I wouldn't have anyone to let it out. Maybe next summer.

I'm glad to hear your Dad is home and that the Yorkie cheered him up. I know my pup cheers me up every day. I just look at her and I smile. It's been that way from the beginning. She is now 5 and I still feel the same way. She's like a ray of sunshine in my life.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. It's wonderful how a yorkie can bring such pleasure to us humans. My daughter and son will be taking therapy classes with Lucy very soon. She'll be getting her CGC and then therapy certification.

My 14 y/o son has had Chronic Myeloid Leukemia since 2008. We'd like Lucy to be trained to visit the several hospitals and pediatric cancer clinics where my son had treatments.

A pups love is the best medicine!
