We have had Rocky for almost a week now. Our breeder (Dudley's breeder) retired him. He is just 4yrs old as of July and the sweetest baby you can ever imagine. She said she knew the kind of home he would have with us and he is such a blessing. He goes into to be fixed in the morning. Please pray this little guy does well. He is such a tiny baby. We already love him so much. I have never seen one that loving. She said he was spoiled but he just wants to be held like a baby all the time. I never get nothing done. lol!!! I hold him like a baby and he puts his little head on my shoulder. When I tell him to talk to mama, he sticks his little tongue out, lowers his ears and he sounds just like a baby. Does it sound like I'm in love. lol!!! He will also get his teeth cleaning done at the same time. Just pray, because it scares me to death for one this little to be put under. Thanks so much.

Rocky sounds like such a special little boy, and I can already feel the love you have for him. I wish you much happiness, love, health, and laughter with him, and I'm so happy for you. My thoughts, prayers, and my heart will be with you tomorrow.

How big is he? Laddy just had his done at 4.8lbs and did beautifully. I understand your concern though we are waiting till Kyra is a year and hopefully gains some to get her done. Welcome to YT!

When I took him in for his check-up and booster, the vet guessed 2lbs. Thats what we thought too. He is soooooo little. He surprised us and weighed 3lbs. I don't know where the other lb. is but he is so tiny. I never had one this attached before. He is with me constantly and if he can't see me he whines and looks everywhere. He doesn't cry when we leave. We always tell them we will be back in a little bit and with the others, thank goodness he doesn't have seperation anxiety. I put him in a crate when we are going to be gone because even though he is getting use to everything in the house, I am afraid Lexi might accidently step on him. So with him now, we have Lexi, the mini schnauzer and 3 little yorkies. I never thought I would be getting another one this soon. I have always wanted a silver yorkie and that is what he is. God is good.

I know how anxious you must be this morning. Praying for the proceedure to go smoothly, for your little guy to come out of it quickly and for you to have peace until you hear that all is well. (hugs)

Prayers going out for Rocky. I'm sure he will be fine. Just make sure you have blood work before hand.

I just had Luci who I took in as a re-home, I had her spayed and dental done two weeks ago and weighed 2 pounds 15 oz. She did great. You would have never she had anything done.
I stayed at the vet Office the whole time until her surgery was over and after she woke up I went home and picked her up later that evening. I took her on a day that Vet Office was open till 7 so she could stay longer to be monitored befoe she came home. She did great not a single peep out of her.
