| Does anyone have any GREAT advice to kill bad breath?!? ALL of my Yorkies have bad breath! Even the puppies (4 months old and 6 months old). I do have doggie toothpaste but would like to know if anyone has tried a product that they are THRILLED with. Mav & Mercedes love to chew on the strings when I am wearing a hoodie...will sit on my lap forever....however, I get to the point I start getting sick from their nasty breat. PLEASE HELP!!!! |

| I was searching threads for this the other day, as my oldest Sheltie has some bad breath... I found that 8 in 1 Breath TABS were recommended. I guess they work on the animals system and you notice a difference in a couple of days. But all I've been able to find is the 8in1 Breath MINTS. I'll go back and do the search and let you know..

| I use Oxyfresh pet oral hygriene solution. Just put about an ounce in their water bowl every other day, and they have fresh, clean breath. Even my husband noticed the difference. http://www.oxyfreshww.com/pet/petoralhygiene.asp Good luck! Cyndie Trevor's Mom |

| Thanks you guys! I went online and saw the 8 in 1 sweet breath tabs. I just wanted to save the time and effort of finding out which products work and which ones don't. I'd love to put something in their water every other day. Does it by chance help with tartar also? |

| They usually call them bully sticks or pizzle sticks and mine love them...The cow hoofs seem to work well on keeping the tartar down, but regular brushing and the yearly dental done at the vets ($ouch) are the only long lasting solutions we found so far. |

| Well, you might not be willing to switch foods but if you are, I can recommend Hill's Perscription Diet T/D. It is a food specially designed to keep teeth clean. Edie has eaten this since she was a year old, and now she is 5. The vet said she has NEVER seen a small dog with better teeth, and that Edie might NEVER require a dental cleaning. The food is large chunks, and they clean the teeth when they are bitten into. I have offered Edie other foods, but this is her favorite. |

That is what Bully sticks are. Dogs love them. We are all soooo happy to have something safe that keep our babies busy, but they are made from bull penis. Not kidding. | |

| Oh my I don't know about bull sticks curing bad breath, maybe giving it. Mac & Mellie love the dog breath mints, and they smell really good to me at least.

| Breath Busters, their dog biscuts. You can get them at the grocery store in the dog food section.
