| I was so proud! And they thought it was a purse... WELL... I finally found a somewhat affordable, adequate, cute, and comfortable carrying bag for Straszny. My mother and sister picked it up for me at Petsmart! Petco doesn't have a big selection, so I was impressed with this bag. It is a tubular black bag with circular tan stitching on the sides. Anyway, I went to Barnes and Noble with him in it yesterday, and not a peep from him!!! I was so proud. I found what I needed, checked out, and left. He had fallen asleep, I soon discovered. Next, we went to a local beauty supply shop, and there were all sorts of women everywhere...when we first entered Straszny whimpered about a half of a whimper, and then went back to sleep. The best part of all of this is that when I was leaving, I heard someone compliment my "purse". I was laughing hysterically inside. Then I heard the same woman whisper..."is there a dog in there!?" Needless to say, I was and am super proud of Straszny. I couldn't have asked for more, especially on his first outing in his carrier. On a side note, for those of you who may not have seen my first post, my baby is named Straszny. People are very bewildered by this, but last summer I went on a mission trip to Poland. My love for yorkies was birthed there! I met a little guy who was named Straszny (pronounced Strasney) and it means scary or terrible. Haha...he is neither of these, but that is why I find it to be so adorable. I felt it proper to give my baby this Polish name. I love it...it sounds so terrier-esque! I will post some pics of him and him in his carrier soon. |

| How fun! How old is your baby? I LOVE his name. My Tucker hasn't fit in a bag in a loooonnnngggg time! I used to get compliments on my "purse" all of the time. When he got bigger he would pop his head out and people would always ask if he was real. Can't wait to see pictures!

| How fun! He will get to where he sees the bag and wants to get in, it's really funny how much they like them. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | still looking I'm still looking for the perfect bag for me and Dayzee. I need it to look small and have some pockets on the outside for cell phone, etc. Have weight restrictions so it is harder for me, but she is fussier at this age about the bags I tried than the Havanese was last year at her weight and age. |

| What a great story, like some, it's been a long time since mine have fit into a bag, but I remember taking Chloe into Books A Million as well as Barnes & Noble where she would stick her head out the end of the bag and look for pats with those big black eyes. She'd get them too. |

| Thanks for the props on the name guys... and he is 10 weeks old. I adore it, but some people (generally people that I don't know) ask his name, and then act confused and dissapointed when I tell them! lol, an old lady in petco did this. really, I don't mind though and I wish I could have gotten the pictures up with this post, but my camera cord is MIA... I love this site...you are all so sweet. It is so nice to have a common interest! |

| I have the same bag and just wanted to warn you to never set the bag on table or anything because the shape makes it roll easy and they can roll right off a table or sofa in it. I don't even use mine after I found out the first day i used it. I set it on the diningroom table and next thing I knew it was rolling off the edge. i caught it in mid air , but it could have be real bad if I hadn't Does anybody have a BAKERS sho store around????? It is a chain store and alot of mall's have them. They just added a dog line including 2 of the cutest bags. One black and one pink. Both with cute little scenes stiched on them.. VERY CUTE

| That sounds like a great bag! I am on the lookout for one. I have found an open carrier I want but I want a closed carrier too.
