Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | Fruits & Veggies? Hey guys! Question...what are some good fruits/veggies that I can use as treats? Katie Scarlett adores turkey weenies and cheese (cut up into pea sized pieces) but I don't want to give her only that. She won't touch Cheerios. But I have noticed she loves some of the fruit I've let her have a nibble of. For example, she went nuts over a teeny bite of banana and of some pineapple. Anyone have a list of good fruit/veggies she can have? I know she can't have grapes, right? My hubby was eating grapes the other day and I told him not to let her near them because I thought I had read somewhere that grapes were a no no. Thanks for your help!

| Lexie loves fruits and veggies too. Theres a lot of different kinds you can give but be careful not to give too much fruit it can lead to mushy poop. Fruits/veggies i feed are apples, bell peppers, banana, pear, melons, berries, parsley, cherries, carrots and a few others |

| Jack loves bits of apples (without the skin) and just about everything for that matter... He east just about any fruit or veggie except as mentioned above, no raisins, grapes, or onions. Apples, bananas, pineapple, melon (water and cantaloupe) - I've even given him a tiny piece of orange before. Honestly, anything we eat, he thinks he should eat. He also likes cooked carrots better than raw carrots but will eat raw too. Oh and tomatoes, he loves tomatoes and green peppers.

| Levi loves any fruits or veggies I'll let him have. Green beans, carrots, celery, peas, pineapple, apples, banana, blueberry...all tiny pieces, of course, but he loves them all!

| Bubba loves carrots, cooked and raw. Likes apples and bananas too. He's not very picky, I am more concerned with calories so veggies are a big plus for us, I can give "treats" all day long |

| Jada and Bogie get frozen green beans as their main treat and they love them. They also like banana, apples, carrots, blueberries and the only thing that I have tried that they didn't like was spinach leaves. Also be very careful with apples, the seeds are toxic. I just make sure when I peel and core an apple that I do it over the sink where there is no danger of a seed falling to the floor.

| Please be careful with feeding Broccoli, it's a cruciferous vegetable that can affect the thyroid and cause really bad gas. It should only be fed in very small amounts sparingly. |
