| Max wants to be friends so bad!!! Now that Titus has come into the home...Max wanys to be friends so bad. Max and Marvin snuggle and play together. Max tries so hard to get Titus to play too. I loved today when every time Max has walked by Titus he has licked him. It is like he is saying hey you live here engage!! Titus just ignores it. Then when I sat down on the couch he tried harder. I usually lay Max in his doggie bed and Titus climbs on the pillow on the arm of the couch. Twice today Max has crawled up to lie down by Titus and both time Titus has gotten up and moved to the other Arm...Max just looks at him with that cute little cocked head look they give when they don't understand. Hopefully Titus will learn to play a little bit... |

| I had a similar situation but the roles reversed. My girl, Lexie, was the same way when I first brought MoMo home. She sniffed him to feel him out but would never play or engage him other wise. He was always trying to play with her but she would just get up and walk away to the other side of the bed or kitchen or where ever she was. During the course of the next couple of weeks, she started to get used to him and wouldn't move if he came to sit next to her or near her. Now, they are great companions! I would just give it time. But I never left them alone together in the beginning just in case she didn't like him getting close to her and bit him. Good luck! Love & licks, Kaytee, Lexie & MoMo |

| I'm going through basically the same thing. Yoshi hasn't really made up his mind about Prissy..they have played a couple of times but Prissy wants to play so much more and she lunges at him and he doesn't like that at all. I won't leave them alone b/c I never know what could happen. It is slow going but getting better than when we first brought her home.

| We can finally leave them alone...Titus has been here about a month and a half. It took Max about two weeks to start offering his little friendship tokens. Now it will be up to Titus to have fun. They both pretty laid back dudes...so that is a good thing. I just have to laugh at how much Max tries and how aloof Titus is... |

| I can't wait to hear about the day they start being "friends" and maybe playing together. Max sounds so sweet.
