| When my baby was that age, he had really thin hair too. It was silky just not much there. I just let it grow out. Now its way longer and thicker. I'd say just let it grow out, she'll get there. & Welcome to YT!

| Abby's (7 months)coat was short and much thinner than Ziva's. Ziva is quite wavy while Abby is slick straight. After 4 months of premium food and occassional trimmings, Abbys coat has a beautiful shine and filling in all over. I think Abbys mother (carrying 5 puppies) nutrition wasn't what it could have been... |

| Hi there and welcome, Prissy's hair is thin on top too but give it time and it will change. That is the fun part, watching all the color changes, amazing.

| Uni's hair was very thin and still is at 5 yrs. We didn't see her parents so it was a crapshoot. Her hair still doesn't really grow. =\ hope you have better luck w your baby. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Roxy was/is the same way. Her hair grows painfully slow, but it does grow. I've grown to love it, and love not having to run to the groomer often. In fact, I've only scissor cut her a little so far. (3 years) I'm thinking of using clippers on her this summer just on her body. Not sure if I'll do it myself or take her to groomer. Welcome to YT!!!

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I really didn't think so. Just considering a change from the longish look she's had. I really like the long look, but have been gradually been scissor cutting her body shorter as time goes by. Am liking it. Don't want to do her all over though. She & I spend too many enjoyable moments of my running my fingers through her hair. Gotta leave enough for that. ;-) It took a long time to get that long... so I cut very sparingly. Make sure I like it before I go any further cuz I know it will be a long time before it gets that long again.
