| I learned my lesson My little guy is pretty dang smart and he knows his schedule like clockwork. Normally in the morning, we get up together between 5:15 -5:30 and out to potty we go. This morning, the kisses started at 5:00 - all I wanted was an extra 15 min of sleep, but he continued so we got up a little earlier. Instead of going right out to potty, I started the coffee, turned on the dryer and then we went to the door. Unfortunately the light bulb was out - so I had to replace it. You know what happened, poor baby couldn't hold it any longer and did his morning potty by the door. When I turned around and looked at him, he just gave me this look like "Mom, I held it as long as I could". His little ears were down like he knew he did something he wasnt suppose to. Note to self, there is a reason he is up earlier than usual - go giddy up.

| Mina will yip at me if she doesnt get to go out quickly in the morning and she has a need. Her feet do not touch the floor until she goes outside. The only way my coffee gets made quickly in the morning is if I set it up the night before. When babys gotta go,babys gotta go. |

| Awww I always feel guilty when I do stuff like that too!! lol. I did it once or twice when Jax was a puppy. Luckily now that he's older, we take our time getting up and he can hold it for a while, but he will bark at the door when he really has to go! Good boy Brutus!

| Poor little guy. Brandi does this when I'm in the shower at night. I close and lock the bedroom door when I take my showers (single gal living alone) and sometimes Brandi can't get to her potty pad because it's in another room. The only time when she comes in the bathroom when I'm taking a shower is to let me know she has to potty. So I have to get out of the nice hot shower to go let her out of my room. I too learned that lesson. When a girls gotta go, she's gotta go. |

| I am so lucky, I rise very early also, carry Lola downstairs and put her back in a bed in the kitchen where she snoozes for an hour or so,when she is ready she heads to the door and rings the bell, so nice that she is not one that has to go the moment her feet hit the floor, OK sorry I just had this need to brag feeling overtake my typing fingers On the flip side that's how I potty, when the feeling comes on, I am running through the house and can not waste a min. | We also have the morning race to door, if we are not up by 6:00 am Sophie Kate will wake me up. I learned that it does not matter if it is Saturday morning or if I had a late night I need to get up when she tells me.
