| Took Chloe out for her first winter walk I just finished making Chloes winter coat a lovely red all season coat which is waterproof has a hood and an interior fleece lining which comes out when it gets warmer I will post a pic later. I got boots for her for Christmas (a gift from my daughter) and finally took her out for a winter walk. I know I am a bad Mommy for not taking her out sooner. Last year was hell with my daughter being very very ill and in hospital most of the time so I missed most of winter. It was the most comical start with Chloe having no clue how to walk in boots. She was walking like she was drunk! Sadly the boots fell off after a few minutes so it looks like I will have to make her a set. I wont take her out without them as my older dog went out one year bootless and the next day her poor paw started to bleed due to being exposed to salt, I had washed them after her walk and still the damage was done. Has anyone made boots for their little one? I would buy a set but I am unemployed currently and havent the funds to purchase anything. Thanks for any help you can offer Tina |
