| Earthworms Hey YT The last few days it has been raining here n everytime I would take Julius out he would chew on grass which was normal, but tonight I noticed him chewing and when I went for his mouth there was an earthworm hanging out from his mouth. Gross! I was wondering if any1 else has had this problem and if he digested some if it will hurt him?

| Toby will eat earthworms now and then and he has been fine but I find it gross and disgusting! Usually they are dried up dead ones. EWWWWWWWWWWWWW

YT 1000 Club Member | You would think that after eating those nice center cuts of stake, and cheese both sized exactly right, that their pallets would have acquired some education. but NOOOO, not our little Varmetteers !

| Earth worms are 70% protein and will do no harm. Whilst I was in the military and without telling you war stories, I have been grateful for having them around but we soaked them in water to get shot of the soil in them. There are thousands of insects and other creatures which can be eaten but we human beings have been trained to eat things from a kitchen and we do not like deviation where an animal will eat from instinct.

| Sissy may eat them. I'm not sure as I never saw her eat one but I will tell you this.....she rolls in them and boy do they stink. When she comes in the house I have to wash her face because of the smell. If I don't catch her and wash her, her beard gets hard and then it's even more disgusting.
