| brother or sister for my 2 year old boy? hello! I am wanting to get my two yr old, harley a play mate and dont known if he would be better off with a sister or brother. he is very playful and loves to fetch. he is very focused and competitive. he is a pack and prey dog. he gets along with little dogs and cats are not an issue for him. he is very affectionate and can be somewhat bossy at times and very protective of his mommie. any helpful suggestions? I have been looking at yorkies and yorkie mix dogs on petfinders.com. |

YT 1000 Club Member | I've always said... Same Breed, Opposite Sex, New animal younger than the resident. One other thing... Some "resident" animals get very upset that a new one is around. You must double or triple your attention to the resident, to make sure that he knows he's not being replaced in house or heart.
