|  New member I just joined YorkieTalk today and wanted to introduce myself. I'll do my best to keep this brief. I went through a very nasty divorce 4 1/2 years ago and found myself in a woman's shelter without a friend or a dog. As soon as I could get out on my own I adopted a Yorkie with issues from a local shelter. Taz had been a puppy mill breeder and even suffered a dislocated jaw in an attempt to quiet his barking while caged. He was in the animal shelter for 6 months and trusted no one. We needed each other and worked through the rough patches together. We moved to Montana 3 years ago and Taz thought it was time to bring in a buddy. We adopted Jiggs from a shelter out here and he has fit in well. The boys are my family and best friends. I have never had a Yorkie in my life before this. They are "forever toddlers" but I love it. I'm really looking forward to being part of this community and getting to know everyone. Jiggsmom |

| Welcome to Yorkie Talk. It is always nice to see new people and to read such positive outcomes. I prefer my fur-babies to people most days - LOL! After a long day at work, I am so happy to come home and get attacked by my little 2.5 and 4 pound gremlins. They always put a smile on my face and make me laugh. So glad you guys saved each other! Looking forward to seeing pictures of the boys. |

| What a touching story, God has blessed you with Taz and Jiggs after all of you had a rough time. I am sure they are thankful to find a furever mommy to love them, and for you to have to wonderful companions. Welcome to YT , you will meet wonderful people and find great information.
