Senior Yorkie Talker | BELLA got into her food while at work what should i do? Bella got into her food, I am not sure how much she ate, I am guessing maybe half a lb, and I am worried. her stomach is full and hard. She isn't acting lethargic and she has gone number 2 twice but I am worried about her! Does anyone have any advice, she is 5 lbs, and I think she ate half a lb of food but I can't be sure because we have had this bag for a little while now.

| Not much help here but I'd say try to keep her activity restricted, watch her, and call your vet. |

| I would say keep a close watch on her, if you see any signs of fatigue, upset stomach or throwing up then i would def call her vet. |

| Don't let her drink a lot of water, it will make the kibble expand... and call your vet.

Senior Yorkie Talker | Update... Called the vet they wanted me to bring her in... I had work so my boyfriend ended up driving an hour and half to come down, by the time he got here she went number 2 (the biggest he has ever seen come from her) and she started to come around. Woke up today and she is back to herself! Thanks guy, I am so happy... she is such a butt head for scaring me so much!

| Glad she is feeling better. These little guys can drive you crazy once in awhile with their eating. I have the opposite problem. I have a heck of a time getting mine to eat more than a mouthful at a time, I leave at least a cup of dog food out at all times, and BOTH of them together don't eat that much in 3-4 days. I get on them many times a day to try to get them to eat. I switched them back to Wellness again and now seems like they hardly touch any food at all. They really liked Royal Canin better, but I know thats not a good food, soooooooo......but am now thinking........maybe I should switch back, at least I could get them to eat the RC. (Sort of) Ugh!!!

| Glad she is ok. Cooper has done this a few times and she always gets an upset tummy as well as an upset mummy. I end up going for walks all through the night after this happens hoping to avoid a mess in the floor. |
