At what age did you find your Yorkie had lost most of it's baby teeth? I would like to have my dog neutered but of course I want to wait until such time as all of his baby teeth should be out so any remaining can be taken out at the same time.

It varies, but usually by 8 months. Just have your vet check them. They can tell you if all of the permanent teeth are in.

Rhett lost his by 6.5 months, but Scarlett still had one retained tooth that needed to be pulled at 8 months.

Thanks guys. I wanted to get him neutered by 6 months but I don't want to have to take him back to have teeth pulled later on.
