| Breeder Feedback From time-to-time I have come to this site and last nite I noticed a message that referred to Country Home Yorkies as a breeder to stay away from. As I am not sure what the original content of the message was I could have misread what was really being said. What brings my question is that I adopted my new 11 month old female yorkie from her back in May and would love to know what is known about the breeder and if I should be concerned with anything. My Yorkie is Annie who I just love. Thanks to anyone who can provide me with any information they may have on this subject. |

| Home Country Yorkie Thank you for your reply. I find it very upsetting. After I bought Annie I researched further because I just had a terrible gut feeling that her price was extreme and especially with no papers. Other things seemed out of place also. My mom passed away in May and her name was Ann. I got Annie shortly there after and she has helped me through some rough days. I get sick to my stomach since the day I bought her for what I paid. She never really seemed to give a straight answer. Had I not been preoccupied with my mom dying from cancer I never would have gone with her, but I guess I just wasn't thinking straight. The more questions we asked her the more vague she was. It is infuriating. I am truly upset now because I am not sure where Annie really came from not to mention that she took advantage of the fact that my mother was dying and that I was not thinking clearly. DISGUSTING! Even though I was in mourning, I wish I was in the right frame of mind to go with my gut feeling. |

So try not to look back if you don't have to. When your Mom is dying from cancer; you are caught up in some very intense times. I've been there too.

| Her prices aren't posted on her website but from what was reported on the above mentioned website, you are correct that her prices are over the top. I was quite taken back by her website and she mentions there that Animal Planets Dogs 101 her dogs were used. I watched a bit of that yorkie video from the animal planet website and there's no mention that she was even the breeder used.
